When you book a course or workshop with Neurotherapy Occupational Therapy Services (Neurotherapy) and Cortex Neuro Rehab, you enter into a contract with us.  You agree to the terms and conditions below.

Payment

You must pay in full at the time of booking and we will send you a ticket as confirmation.  You will receive a tax invoice within 2 weeks of your booking.

Cancellation and refund for training courses and workshops

If you cancel

If you want to cancel your attendance at a course or workshop:

  • we will refund you the amount you paid less a $50 administration fee if you cancel at least 14 days before the course or workshop date;

  • we will refund you half the amount you paid if you cancel 7 to 13 days before the course or workshop date; and

  • we will not refund your payment if you cancel less than 7 days before the course or workshop date.

If you do not attend

If you do not attend the course or workshop, we will not refund your payment.  But, if you do not attend the course or workshop because you are ill, and you provide us with a medical certificate, we will do our best to offer you a place on another course to the same value.

If we cancel

If we cancel a course or workshop, we will give you the choice of:

  • a full refund; or

  • if places are available, an alternative Neurotherapy course or workshop to the same value.

Neurotherapy and Cortex Neuro Rehab are not liable for courses cancelled because of ill health of presenters or circumstances beyond our control.  But, in those circumstances, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled course or workshop to the same value.

How to get your refund

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund your account within 3 working days.

Your safety

Neurotherapy and Cortex Neuro Rehab cannot accept any liability for injury sustained by you during the course or workshop.  We will take all reasonable care to run our courses and workshops safely.
