  In this 2 hour interactive workshop we'll explore:

- The neurobiology of emotion and memory

- Fear, overwhelm and what happens in the brain and body when these are met with naming, compassion, mindful movement   

   and more.

- Language and metaphors to explain the concepts to patients/ clients and families

- Visuals and sketches of key concepts
